Yes — full‑venue rentals are available for most groups, fundraisers, holiday parties, and corporate events. To ensure the best experience for everyone, many parties and events involve closing the venue to the public. Ample advance notice helps us keep our posted hours accurate for guests booking online and for walk‑ins checking our calendar. We do offer after‑hours events— just give us a call and we’ll help you plan the perfect time.

Yes — advance booking guarantees your date, time, and party space. Weekends and holidays fill quickly, so we recommend reserving as early as possible. Parties and Events can be booked a year in advance.

Most groups spend 1–2 hours playing mini golf, plus any additional time you’ve reserved in the party area or simulator room.

Every booking includes access to our indoor mini golf course, reserved party space (if selected), and help from our staff to make your event smooth and fun. Add‑ons like simulator time can be included depending on your package.

Yes — outside food, drinks, and birthday cakes are welcome. We just ask that everything stays in the party area and that you clean up any items you bring.

Absolutely — tabletop and free‑standing decorations are welcome.  We allow some wall‑mounted décor. Just check with us beforehand. For safety, we do not allow tacks, glitter, or confetti.

Yes — every guest who enters the building needs a signed waiver. This is required for insurance purposes. Parents/guardians can sign for minors. Hosts can share the waiver link ahead of time to make check‑in quick and easy.

We can accommodate small groups, large groups, and full‑venue rentals. If you have a big crowd or special request, just reach out — we’ll help you plan the perfect setup.

Yes — our indoor course is designed for kids, teens, adults, seniors, and mixed‑age groups. It’s fun, accessible, and easy to enjoy at any skill level.

The 9-hole course is ADA compliant. It is wheelchair accessible, while the rest of the course is suitable for walkers. Please note that each hole includes a 6-inch step-up. Trail Town is designed to be accessible and comfortable. If you have specific needs or questions, we’re happy to help plan accommodations.

Comfortable clothing and closed‑toe shoes are recommended for mini golf and simulator play.

Guests must present a valid state‑issued ID as proof of age before consuming alcohol on the premises. This requirement will be strictly enforced.  (Alcohol is only allowed in the Simulator Room except for certain private events)

Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start. We’ll do our best to help you make the most of your visit, but late arrivals may shorten your party room time.

Yes — the Full Swing golf simulator is available as an add‑on for parties, team events, and group rentals. It’s great for friendly competition or extra entertainment. Zombie Dodgeball is already included in children's birthday parties.
