Booking Terms & Conditions
1. General

Trail Town Adventure Golf (“Trail Town,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mini golf and Simulator Room admission, party bookings, and related services. By making a booking online, in-venue, or over the phone, entering the premises, or participating in any activity at Trail Town, guests agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Waiver.

Trail Town Adventure Golf is a trade name (DBA) of HopsonPar LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia and authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a foreign LLC under a registered fictitious name. References to “Trail Town,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms refer to HopsonPar LLC operating under the Trail Town Adventure Golf trade name.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, booking services, or entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website and refrain from participating in Trail Town activities.

3. Eligibility

Guests must be at least 13 years old to enter the mini golf course or Simulator Room without a parent or legal guardian present. However, anyone under 18 years old must have a valid waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before participating in any activity or entering activity areas.

A signed waiver is required for every individual on the course or in the Simulator Room, including:

  • players
  • non-playing companions
  • children too young to play
  • anyone booking or participating in Simulator Room activities

Trail Town reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not have a completed waiver on file.

4. Group Bookings and Binding Effect on Participants

The individual completing a booking represents and warrants that they are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of all participants included in the booking. All guests, whether booking directly or included under another person’s reservation, are subject to these Terms, Conditions, and Waiver when participating in activities or entering the premises. The booking holder is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with these Terms and that all required waivers are completed prior to participation.

Minors may not agree to these Terms. Any booking completed by a minor is subject to parent or legal guardian approval, and participation is permitted only after a parent or legal guardian completes the required waiver.

5. Booking Policies

All bookings are subject to availability. Trail Town reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. Guests are responsible for reviewing booking details for accuracy before confirming payment.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. Trail Town is not responsible for bank fees, declined transactions, or payment processing delays. By finalizing a booking—whether online through ROLLER, in person at the venue, or over the phone—you authorize Trail Town Adventure Golf to charge the full amount of your reservation. Trail Town utilizes a third-party payment processor for all credit, debit, and electronic transactions, and all such payments are subject to the processor’s applicable terms of service.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Guests who cancel at least 2 hours before their scheduled start will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with fewer than 2 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Guests may request credit for the value of their reservation to use at a future date. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit.

8. Late Arrival Policy

Guests are required to be ready to begin play at their scheduled booking time. If a group is not prepared to start within ten (10) minutes of the reserved time, the reservation may be canceled or reassigned to the next available tee time that can accommodate the group’s size.

9. Weather Policy

Trail Town is an indoor attraction and remains open during most weather conditions. If Trail Town closes for severe weather or safety concerns, guests can get a full refund, reschedule, or receive credit for a future visit. Trail Town will notify guests using the contact information provided at booking.

10. Party Rules

Party bookings include access to the party room for the time stated in the reservation. Guests must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce available party room time. Decorations must be free-standing or tabletop only. No wall adhesives, glitter, or confetti. Outside entertainment requires prior approval. Party hosts are responsible for supervising children at all times. Additional time beyond the reserved period may result in additional charges.

11. Food & Beverage Policy

No outside food or alcohol is permitted inside the premises. Exceptions may be made for birthday cakes and party food with advance approval. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises, except for specific events permitted under Virginia law and approved in advance by Trail Town.

12. Changes to Bookings

Trail Town may modify or cancel bookings if necessary for operational or safety reasons. Guests will be notified as soon as possible using the contact information provided at booking.

13. Code of Conduct

All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions. Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property. Disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, harassment, or damage to property may result in removal from the premises without refund.

14. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Participation in mini golf, Simulator Room activities, and other Trail Town offerings involves inherent risks. By entering the premises or participating in any activity, you voluntarily assume all risks, including injury or property damage, and release Trail Town from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities, or property due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow staff instructions. Trail Town may charge repair or replacement costs to the payment method on file.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, the property of Trail Town or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

17. Waiver and Release of Liability
17.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in activities at Trail Town Adventure Golf, guests acknowledge and accept that there are inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, and other injuries.

17.2 Release

Guests release Trail Town Adventure Golf and its staff from liability for injury, loss, or damage related to activities or use of the premises, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17.3 Indemnification

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trail Town from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their actions or omissions.

17.4 Medical Treatment

Guests consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury and agree that Trail Town is not responsible for the costs or outcomes of such treatment.

17.5 Photography & Media Release

Guests grant Trail Town permission to use photographs or videos taken on the premises for promotional purposes.

  • modifying, altering, or reverse-engineering any portion of the Website
  • using the Website in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms Trail Town may restrict or terminate access to the Website for violations of this section.
7. Security and Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, account information, or Guest Profile details associated with their use of the Website. Account credentials may not be shared with others, nor may unauthorized individuals be permitted to access an account. Trail Town must be notified immediately of any suspected unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of an account or the Website. Trail Town is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a user’s failure to safeguard account information or comply with these security obligations.

8. Data Accuracy and User Responsibilities

Users agree that all information provided to Trail Town, whether during booking, Guest Profile creation, or any interaction with the Website, is accurate, current, and complete. Keep your information accurate by updating it as needed. Trail Town is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information submitted by you. Misrepresentation of identity, contact details, or eligibility may result in suspension or termination of access to the Website or related services.

9. Communications Consent

By completing a booking or creating a Guest Profile, you agree to receive communication related to your reservation at any phone number or email address you provide during the booking or registration process. These communications may include emails, text messages, phone calls, and push notifications. You acknowledge that some texts, calls, or prerecorded messages may be sent using automated systems. Communications from Trail Town may include, but are not limited to, operational updates regarding your booking and verification messages related to your Player Profile.

10. Guest Profile Verification & Messaging Terms

Guest Profile verification messages may incur standard message and data rates. You will receive one message per verification request. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, nor for any messages sent by Trail Town to you or from you to Trail Town. Messages are sent solely for booking confirmations and Guest Profile verification purposes. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

11. Website Modifications and Availability

Trail Town reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website or the services offered through it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website and may restrict or terminate access for maintenance, security reasons, or operational needs. Trail Town is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from changes to the Website, temporary unavailability, or the discontinuation of any features or services.

12. Third-Party Links and External Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources including ROLLER that are not owned or controlled by Trail Town. These links are provided for convenience only. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or services provided by Trail Town, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Website, or any services provided by Trail Town, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Trail Town directly. If a resolution cannot be reached through informal efforts, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through the courts identified in Section 18, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents Trail Town from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its rights, intellectual property, or operation.

18. Changes to These Terms

Trail Town reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Trail Town may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, Player Profile, or any related services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or actions that may harm Trail Town, other users, or the integrity of the Website. Trail Town may also remove or modify any content or information associated with your account as part of such termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Website immediately ceases, and the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any single provision does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.

21. No Waiver

The failure of Trail Town to enforce any right, provision, or requirement under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Trail Town. A waiver of any breach or default does not waive any other or subsequent breach or default.

22. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Trail Town. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void. Trail Town may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate, successor entity, or third party as part of a business transition or for operational purposes.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trail Town regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. No additional terms or conditions presented by you, whether through correspondence, purchase orders, or other documents—shall modify these Terms unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Trail Town.
